Childrens Parties

Childrens Parties Allow us to take the pain out of Children’s Parties so you can put the fun back in! We currently offer Studio 3 for children’s parties. The room will be set up with a Bouncy Castle, the table will be laid out by the Restaurant staff, the games and activities will be co-ordinated by the Party Entertainer and their Party Assistant and all you have to do is sit back and watch the children enjoy every minute! If you are interested in booking your party with us, you will need to pay a £50 deposit to secure your space. You may come to the Ark to choose your Party Invites from our selection for all different ages.

There is a choice of two party types as follows:

Parachute Play Time Party Plan: (Approximate age 4 – 7 Years Old)

30 minutes Bouncy Castle in Studio 3. 30 minutes Mini Games and Races at The Ark in the Park Play Area (Weather permitting otherwise in Studio 2). 30 minutes Food back in Studio 3. 15 minutes Outdoor Free Play with Balls and Hoops or more bouncing on the Bouncy Castle and then 15 minutes Parachute Games. Maximum number of children: 25 (If your child is under 5, this will be reduced to 20)

Sports Party Plan: (Approximate age 6 Years and up)

The Sports Party consists of a selection of different sporting games & activities, which include Football, Cricket, Netball, Hockey or Rounders – you can choose a maximum of 2 types per party)

60 Minutes of your chosen Sport – Drills and Training in the Ark in the Park field (Weather permitting otherwise in Studio 2) 30 minutes food back in Studio 3 30 minutes in a Match or game of your chosen sport Maximum number of children: 25

Themed Parties can be organised as a special request.

Cost: £200.00 for Studio Room Hire. £100.00 for Entertainer and Assistant £50.00 Deposit payable on booking. (This £50.00 is deducted from the original £200.00) Remaining £250.00 to be paid 1 week before Party date.

Balloons are at an extra cost of £1 per helium balloon.

Food: One portion of food per head per child. Children with allergies: we cannot guarantee 100% that the food we offer does not contain nuts. In the case of children with severe allergies, we recommend that they provide their own food. Parents are asked to watch over their children while they are eating.

Final numbers must be confirmed and paid for in full 1 week before Party date. Payment may be made by cash, credit card or cheque. Please make cheques payable to The Park Club. (Please see Children’s Party Menu)

It is not recommended to have a Bouncy Castle for children over approximately 6 years of age, however, if you would like the use of the Bouncy Castle for this age group, we will accommodate your request. There will be a limited amount of children who can bounce on the castle at the one time.

Party Times:

Saturday and Sunday – 1:30pm – 3:30pm Saturday and Sunday – 4:30pm – 6:30pm

Requirements

Unfortunately we do not have any parking for non-members at The Park Club. If they do not have a Park Club permit they will not be able to Park in the Car Park. There are roads opposite the Club, which have lots of free parking at the weekend. We also require the names of all the children who are going to attend your child’s party. We would appreciate it if, prior to the party, you could fill in the Children’s Registration form and return it to:

If you would like to provide the adults who are attending the party with food and drinks you may pre-order and pre-pay at the bar. The bar staff will then bring your food and drinks out when they bring the children’s food out. Alternatively, you may leave your Credit Card behind the bar and the adults attending can go to the bar & order food and drinks during the party.
