FitLinxx Interactive is a system that is attached directly to our fitness equipment, adding an extraordinary intelligent dimension to your workout experience.

FitLinxx learns your fitness program and coaches you individually through your workout for better form, safety and confidence during every exercise. The system also tracks your progress over time.

FitLinxx appears as an easy-to-read touch-screen display that's attached to the machine. Simply tap in your ID to display your targets - FitLinxx then coaches you on speed, form, heart rate, etc. and tracks your workout session - every rep, set and step.

FitLinxx provides you with a wealth of information on individual progress, including calories burnt, and a unique set of motivational tools. The system can be accessed on workout-floor kiosks or anytime/anywhere on the web.

FITLINXX FitLinxx is an interactive computer system designed to aid you in achieving your goals. FitLinxx will allow you to get optimal benefit from each workout session. It will help you to set up each machine correctly, provide immediate feedback about range and speed of movement and encourage you to progress your workouts appropriately.

All of your exercise data is recorded automatically; this can be viewed in the strictest of confidence at the club or over the Web. Your Gymnasium Physiologist will also evaluate your exercise data to offer support and to provide suggestions to improve your time spent exercising.

FitLinxx also allows you to keep in contact with your Gymnasium Physiologist anywhere in the world by means of email. You may simply want to 'log' the 30 minute swim you did in your hotel resort swimming pool or discuss what exercise machines to use in the corporate health suite of your overseas parent company whilst away on business. Whatever the reason we openly encourage regular communication with your Gymnasium Physiologist.
