This half term Multi-sports camp will consist of Gymnastics, Tennis, Cricket and the daily varying option, this changes dependent on the number, age and preference of the children. When we have especially young groups we will often focus on fun games rather than team sports, which are mainly the focus of Multi-sports. Parents must book this in advance at reception, children with a general interest in sport would enjoy Multi-sports.

Alison Evans, our Stretchworks instructor has several years experience working with a Premiership football team and is second to none in this field. This class involves specialist stretching and strengthening programmes which are adapted to individual needs and ability. Stretchworks has numerous long-term benefits this work brings. Correcting bad posture at an early age will prevent unnecessary injuries for the future as well as strengthen the body and develop a focus and maturity which is always evident in Alison's work.
